Rethinking Real Estate by Dror Poleg
This book has really shifted the way people think about real estate. Released before the pandemic, the book offers insights and predictions about trends that are actually taking place now! I love how he connects even current trends to long-forgotten modes of owning, utilizing and sharing property.

The Formula outlines the author’s case for how networks are the connective tissue between performance and success; that achieving stellar success (however you define it) is less about performing better and more about who you know. In real estate, your network is everything.
